The company was established by Harry in June 2002 after earlier consulting careers with Andersen Consulting (Accénture’s predecessor) and the Renwick Group, the latter being SA’s largest and longest established selection and recruitment consultancy at the time. Served that group as a director of its advertised selection company, Renwick Management Services, a “Golden Arrow” PMR Service Award winner With graduate qualifications in engineering & business [B Sc (Chem Eng) from the University of Natal, Durban and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town], combined with over 19 years of successful selection and recruitment consulting experience, Harry brings his people-oriented expertise and his technical and business background to bear in making judgements about, and identifying, those capable individuals who are likely to add significant & sustainable value to their future employer organisations
